"Caroline's coaching enabled me to approach senior management on a potentially confrontational issue in a way that was clear and powerful. It is stunning how intelligent our bodies are. Caroline's work is almost like magic."

Kinesthetic Parenting classes: This material highlights the value of raising children with kinesthetic, emotional awareness. Parents are taught specific skills to teach their children how to listen to their bodies as a reference point for what is right and wrong, and whether a situation or person is safe or unsafe.

Rosen Method
provides the foundation for all of the work that Caroline has developed over 25 years in private practice, including Kinesthetic Parenting, Inner Process Bodywork, and Inner Body Awareness counseling.

This gentle, hands-on bodywork addresses emotional material as it surfaces during the work. The practitioner places her or his hands on the client's body, paying close attention to changes in muscle tension, and to the movement of the body in response to the breath. Shifts in the breath and muscle tension reveal a great deal about the person's conscious and unconscious thought processes. Sometimes the client and practitioner discuss what is going on in the client's awareness.

Inner Process Bodywork sessions:
This work incorporates the relationship between Rosen Method bodywork and psychoanalytic therapy.  During an intensive introduction to psychoanalysis, Caroline recognized the complementary nature of the two methods.  The material that surfaces during Rosen Method is often dreamlike and emotional, similar to what surfaces during psychoanalytic therapy. The psychoanalytic model informed and reshaped Caroline's Rosen Method practice, and was the basis for the development of Inner Process Bodywork.

Inner Body Awareness counseling:
This unique counseling method is derived from Rosen Method bodywork and psychoanalytic therapy models. The client's experience of his or her body provides the central thread that is followed during a session. As a Rosen Method bodywork practitioner and Certified Counselor, Caroline developed ways to guide a person's awareness of their body in a counseling relationship for clients who are uncomfortable with the intimacy and vulnerability of hands-on bodywork. It is a profound and effective way to work with your body and your awareness.
